Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Content

By uploading content, you grant OptiSwing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use your content (including anonymized or aggregated biomechanical data derived from it) for internal research, development, analytics, and the training and improvement of our AI models.

We will not display your raw footage publicly without your express consent.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service — including hosting, storage, payment processing, AI services, and email delivery. A current list of sub-processors is available on request for institutional customers.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@optiswing.com. We will respond within 30 days.
